It is enough to fill your information once in full during your first reservation. After your reservations, you just need to check your flight code and your transfer time and make the correct entry. If you want, you can log in to your account and enter updated information.
Your transfer vehicle is waiting for you for 60 minutes from the moment your plane lands. In case of delay at the exit of the area, please contact Yolculuk.
After your reservation, the picture of our driver and the license plate of our vehicle are sent to you by e-mail. In addition, our vehicles have Yolculuk logos.
In the event of a delay or cancellation of your flight, our system constantly checks the flight code you provided during booking and informs our driver and reception staff. And our vehicle will continue to wait for you until your plane lands.
Yes. At the transfer reservation stage, you can select the "Baby Seat" option from the additional requests section and add it to your reservation. While your vehicle is coming to pick you up, the "Baby Seat" will be ready for use.
Note: The transfer is valid for reservations made 12 hours before departure time. For earlier reservations, please contact our live support line or Whatsapp line.
It will be beneficial for you to make your transfer reservation at least 3 hours before your departure time in order to prepare your vehicle and additional requests.
