Return Policy

At DepartureDelux.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not satisfied with our airport transfer service, our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:

1.Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 2.Refund Procedures:

  • After reviewing the cancellation requests, the payment refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be made to the original credit card from which the payment was made.
  • The refund process may take 7-10 business days from receipt of the cancellation request.


 3.Delayed Flights and Changes:

  • If delays or changes occur to your flight, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
  • In case of cancellations due to delayed flights or changes, a new transfer will be arranged if possible. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.


 4.Special Cases:

  • For special circumstances (emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), our refund policy may be flexible. In this case, please contact our customer service team.
